In December 2018, WCE won the Bid for theoil and salt heat exchanger, which is the key equipment of the 100MV heat transfer oil trough-type CSP project of CSNP in Wulate Middle Banner.

As the first batch of CSP demonstration projects of the National Energy Administration, it is also the trough-type CSP project with the largest installed capacity. Located in Wulate Middle Banner,Bayan Nur City, Inner Mongolia, it is the largest CSP project in China. The project has a total investment of about 2.9 billion Yuan and covers an area of about 7,300mu. There are 375 trough-type heat collection loops, where the 10-hour power generation and energy storage device, the steam power generation system and the steam turbine generator set are respectively selected one loop from them. The project has the expected power generating capacity of 350 million kilowatt-hours upon completion.

WCE attaches great importance to the project and will provide strong support in project design, equipment manufacturing and installation, to smoothly implement the project.
