      Jiangsu Research Center for High-Efficiency Heat Transfer and Energy Saving Technologies was established after being approved by Jiangsu Province Department of Finance and Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province. With mature management system and strong capabilities in technological development, this research center focuses on  R&D in integration of eco-friendly,high-efficiency heat transfer and energy-saving components, equipment, and system. The center houses a team of engineers with formidable technological development capabilities and extensive industry experience and at the same time maintains long-term collaborations with research institutions such as East China University of Science and Technology to poineer the industry.

Jiangsu  Research Center for High-Efficiency Heat Transfer and Energy Saving Engineering

     Its overall objective is to promote the technological innovations and comprehensive capabilities of the industry and the industries related. Sticking to its founding mission of“Innovative Technologies & Globalised Services” and having been making great efforts to fulfill its commitment, WCE has been well recognized as one of the leading suppliers in the industry.

      Organizational Structure：

    The Director of Engineering Center reports to General Manager,  under the consultation,auxiliary decision-making, and guidance of a Technical Committee composed of expert advisors.

     Technical Committee of Engineering Center is composed of  senior technical personnel,partners as well as renowned experts from the scientific and business communities.. 

     The Director of the center is responsible for daily management, who is also the Chief Technical Manager of WCE.

     The Engineering Center comprises departments including the Chief Engineer's Office,Quality Center, and Research Institute.
